Should teachers charge students for handouts say £1 per handout?

that'd certainly make them think before leaving them on desks! not sure you'd get many takers though. the idea behind it may have some validity though

Wouldn't it be easier to stop giving them out? Maybe if they don't get a HO they will have to pay more attention to what you say. And with the new forms of media maybe we should make more use of attachments or online stuff. Save trees, too!
